This declaration is made under the powers conferred by the "Dadra and Nagar Haveli Prevention and Control of Malaria, Dengue and other Vector Borne Disease Regulations, 2016," due to the reported likelihood of disease outbreaks. The order is effective retrospectively from January 1, 2025, and will remain in force up to and including December 31, 2027.
